Requirements:
Firewalls: Related technologies and solutions
IPS: Related technologies and solutions
Endpoint Protection: Related technologies and solutions
Email Gateway Protection: Email Security
Application Delivery: Application Security
Access Control System (ACS): MCI+ technologies
Processes/Methods: ISO27001, ITIL v3
Role:
Operate the SOC to the best international practices.
Plan, Design, implement and manage SOC portfolio and architecture solution.
Perform capacity and resource planning, and Recruit and hire “talented SOC analysts”
Monitor MCI+ IS incidents and report it to related organization, and follow up incident closure.
Manage SOC Operational Processes (PPP) and preform periodical improvement
Conduct periodical risk compliance audit to MCI+
Review and improve IS compliance framework according to government regulations.
Perform gap analysis of the existing SOC Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and Use cases
Interface with Senior Management to ensure that SOC implementation is aligned to business objectives
Ensure open tickets are timely closed and act as a focal point for all problem resolution for SOC
Ensure the incidents are responded as per the SLA/OLA and is responsible to report/address any SLA/OLA breaches
