We are a company in Riyadh, KSA and we are looking for ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing PIZZA in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively.
Following are the Job Responsibilities:
• Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
• Rotate stock items as per established procedures
• Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift.
• Preparing pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders
• Baking a wide variety of pizza dough, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed
• Making fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces
• Wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms)
• Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed
• Recommend new recipes to update our menus
• Good knowledge of various cooking equipment.
• Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high-class Customer service experiences.
• Attend to customers courteously and deal promptly with their requests.
• All documentations and Check-lists as assigned by his Reporting Supervisor.
• Provide necessary training to staff as assigned by his Reporting Supervisor.
• Reporting of incidents on Timely basis to his Line Manager.
• Any other tasks assigned by this Reporting Supervisor / Manager.
• To ensure all quality standards are met for safety of customers.
المهارات
• High school diploma/GED required
• 5+ years’ experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry
• Able to read and follow standardized recipes
• Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
• Work experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a restaurant
• Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough
• Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
• Understanding of food hygiene
• Good time-management skills
• Team spirit
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Diploma from a culinary school
• Interest in games and entertainment.
