GMS has an excellent opportunity for a National Parts Manager within the automotive industry in GCC. You will lead the Parts Division where you will be accountable for maximizing parts revenue, profitability, inventory, order control, employee productivity, MOS and Fill Rates. Streamlining the entire Parts Division.
Your key responsibilities and objectives will be to plan and execute yearly, monthly and weekly objectives to achieve corporate goals, objectives and KPI’s. You will be responsible for all procurement, logistics and stock control and dead / slow moving stock as per industry standards. You will report on the same and the implementation of strategic parts pricing to coordinate and support all internal and external audit activities. You will have full accountability for the Divisions HR, from performance management, incentives, recruitment and general HR as well as periodic management reporting and working alongside the Service and Sales Department ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
المهارات
The successful candidate should have solid leadership, people management and excellent analytical skills and strong negotiation skills with a structured and detailed approach. You should have at least 3 years in the same role in the automotive parts industry. Solid knowledge in business management, logistics and procurement are prerequisites and you will always aim for high sales and customer satisfaction.
