The role holder is responsible for providing all market/customer intelligence inputs to the Marketing and Sales teams in accordance with corporate policies, strategies and plan.

Core Responsibilities
Market Research
Conducts market research for defining relevant customer/market segment for new services being launched by the organization.
Identifies competitor’s plans and provides inputs to marketing team.
Conducts special researches for specific marketing objectives or new services.
Coordinates the full project life cycles from inception to deployment.
Plans for market surveys for various regions, products and services so as to ensure adherence to annual budget.
Coordination
Prepares reports on both individual assets and the overall portfolio on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and semi-annual basis.
Provides a synthetic document on a yearly basis detailing these market figures and demands.
Drives deep customer understanding and ensures all marketing and product management projects are designed accordingly.
System Solutions
Communicates with and gets inputs/support from technology and business specialists.
Understands the decision making process and focus on business objectives in order to translate it into technical requirements.
Communicates and consults with business users to design and develop Business Intelligence solutions.
Analysis
Leverages analytical reporting tools to analyze and report on customer activities and identify areas for improvement.
Provides integrated marketing analytical solutions across customers and channels, contributing to in-market action plans.
Self-Management Responsibilities
Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required training are arranged and attended.
Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
