We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Sales Representative who will have the responsibility for initiatives that increase sales effectiveness and efficiency in addition to upselling additional services that clients may not already be using in order to obtain new businesses. Other responsibilities include:
· Generate sales leads
· Manage sales prospecting both on the phone & in-person
· Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
· Perform product demonstrations
· Escalate client feedback or questions to our appropriate product specialist
· Know pricing for market and have ability to craft proposals
· Knowledge of RFPs, application development process, etc
· Develop innovative approaches & ideas for sales enhancements
· Meet minimum sales goals and activity targets
· Support customers to think differently about their businesses
· Generate business plans to define your selling strategies and tactics
· Strives to continuously build knowledge, skills & abilities
· Accurate reporting of all activity
· Maintain a high level of company knowledge & insight into IT industry trends
· Fosters trust & confidence with clients
· Commitment to team goals thru attitude, contribution & cooperation
· Some travel might be required for training or sales initiatives
المهارات
• 3-4 years of work experience in Technology Sales industry
• At least 2 years of experience in sales of software applications
• Mid-Level knowledge of networks and information security to take up technical training and represent relevant products locally
• Understanding of the software sales process
• Inside / Outside sales experience with excellent negotiating skills
• Having a database of contacts with BFSI, Governments, Real Estate etc.. is preferred
• University degree is preferred
• Experience using CRM solutions
• Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Office and Online Meeting solutions)
• Self-starter capable of working with little or no supervision
• Professional appearance and presentation are required
• Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills
• Proven ability to work across many departments to solve problems and achieve results
• Excellent organization, documentation and time management skills
• Passionate and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Fluent in Arabic/English including writing skills
• Preference for a candidate owning a car
