An operations manager is a vital part of our management team. As an operations
manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Dobrh.com. You will
oversee high-level people operations duties such as attracting talents to the company,
developing training and performance standards as well as handle our hiring procedures.
You will also be in charge of the analysis and improvement of the organization process,
and will work to improve efficiency, productivity and quality in the workplace.
Furthermore, you will serve as Dobrh’s representative on regulatory issues. As a
manager, you will enhance the systems, principles and operational procedures in the areas
of information flow and management, enhanced management reporting, business
processes and seeks for system expansion opportunities for the company.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss,
balance sheet and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid understanding of financial management.
