-Lead and manage development tasks on ServiceNow platform.
-Manage task generation to development team and make sure proper deliver of needed use-case according to quality standards.
-Participate in the Development process of -ServiceNow use-case, test-case, UAT, user manuals, BRS, SRS.
-Conduct automated tests on the produced solution.
المهارات
-Working Experience in creating and executing (Test Plan, Test Design, and User Acceptance Test Plan) for software projects on ServiceNow Platform
-Ability to monitor the quality control activities within the project to ensure successful delivery within time, scope, quality and budget.
deep knowledge in the different testing techniques (such as: equivalence partitioning, boundary analysis, error guessing, path testing).
-Ability to Define/Ensure the proper setting and configuration of the test environment.
-Ability to assess and measures the quality of the project or deliverables at key milestones, and raise alerts if the quality level is not appropriate.
-Strong knowledge in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
-Knowledge in using modeling tools (UML, BPMN2.0, or others).
-Ability to track, manage and help resolving issues and risks related to the resources in the lower level.
-Ability to configure and use Bugs tracking tools.
-Ability to use Automated Testing Tools to perform (Functional test, security test, and performance test).
-Ability to use Software databases (Such as Microsoft SQL server, DB2, Oracle database,..)
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and soft skills.
-Proven experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITBM, CSM, HRSD), Javascript, Angular JS, Boots strap, -Jelly, HTML, CSS, Java Open Source technology, .Net framework.
-Proven experience as team leader position in a software development project.
