Quality specialist in terms of processes and QMS, below are some specifications:
• Understanding existing processes and assessing it’s to provide QMS.
• Defining performance improving tools that would assist the organization to achieve its objective.
• Assisting in implementing the documented system and monitoring its implementation effectiveness.
• Training selected team within the organization to conduct quality audit the organization as per the requirements of the QMS standards.
• Providing practical assistance to those engaged in conducting assurance engagements and related services in compliance with the relevant government law and organization standards so as to enhance the quality of such engagements.
• Facilitating quality and compliance Audit with training materials and modules, audit tools and practice aids, etc.
المهارات
B.Sc. Degree in IT, Quality Assurance, Business Management, Operations, Manufacturing or related discipline.
+5 and +7 of working experience in QMS.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English (Speaking, reading and writing).
Excellent negotiating skills.
Excellent communication both in English and Arabic and presentation skills, with high-caliber documentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
