الوصف الوظيفي The Manager – Inspection & Compliance is responsible for overseeing all activities of Organization’s Inspection & Compliance function. The position ensures industry-related inspective audits are undertaken according to set standards and plans; ensuring regulatory compliance of all industry-related participants within KSA’s industry-related environment/ space. Recommends areas of development within the Inspection & Compliance function’s policies and procedures, adhering to the overall objectives of Organization, ensuring they promote leading practices and excellence Recommends areas of development within new processes, suggests systems and procedures to improve efficiency in documentation and development of standard Inspection & Compliance related documents and templates Industry-related inspection & compliance planning: Develops the industry-related audit plan defining objectives, timelines and potential outcomes of inspection and compliance activities, discussing the same and factoring in any feedback received from the General Manager – Stakeholder Care Oversees and manages the implementation of an Inspection & Compliance program needed to identify, assess, monitor and report all compliance issues / gaps found within industry-related participants in KSA Maintains up-to date knowledge of industry-related legislations which affects the outcomes of Inspection & Compliance audits and activities Oversees the implementation of planned and independent spot audits on industry-related participants (at both the individual and institution level) ensuring these parties comply with rules regulations set by the Regulatory Development function Monitors use of appropriate advertisement and marketing standards in industry-related advertisements and commercials Assesses the technical needs of Organization for carrying out industry-related inspection capabilities, recommending any inspection and compliance technologies in coordination with the Information Technology & Security function Industry-related inspection & compliance execution: Oversees the documentation of any potential issues/ deficiencies/ findings from inspections, discussing the same with the Inspector/ Specialist – Inspection & Compliance Oversees the development of reports highlighting conclusions drawn from the inspection of industry-related participants Discusses corrective actions/ amendments required to be made by industry-related participants to maintain compliance with Organization’s regulations/ policies Monitors and tracks corrective actions taken and amendments made by industry-related participants for any discrepancies/ non-compliance issues Provides necessary feedback of industry-related Inspection & Compliance’s findings to relevant functions within Organization to improve regulatory compliance and the industry-related environment in KSA, i.e. Research and Statistics, Legal, Regulatory Development Elevates any cases requiring further investigation and review to the Investigations function Oversees maintenance of a list of compliant and approved brokers/ agents, sharing the same information with Organization’s Communication function for posting on Organization’s website or newsletters - ensuring consumers are equipped with the relevant knowledge to make the best decisions in their property transactions involving property brokers/ agents
