• Resource must have 18 -22 years of exp in Plant and machinery, operations management.
• The group of direct reports will consist of the Maintenance Planners, Maintenance Desk, Asset Management, and Infrastructure Work Coordinators.
• Create an environment that rewards initiative and enthusiasm that empowers their staff to do their best work, think critically, and to develop creative solutions for complex problems.
• Through teamwork and effective collaboration, be a change champion and lead efforts of continuous improvement within Operations and Maintenance, and the broader Facilities and Operations unit.
• Manage and develop professional development for their staff to encourage succession planning, opportunities for special assignments and personal growth, as well as cross training for maximum team agility, flexibility, and resiliency.
• Facilitate the change management process for teams within their area of responsibility as business processes are updated and improved.
المهارات
• Min 5-10 years of exp with Precast machinery.
• Prefer GCC experience.
• Provide leadership and day to day management of a team of planning, reporting, and analytical specialists
