• Management of bids submission from the beginning to submission.
• Manage the technical proposal creation and quality in accordance with the company’s policy.
• Ensure bids are submitted on time.
• Management of the design engineers and AutoCAD operators by assigning tasks and monitoring their quality and performance.
• Plan and manage post bid submission activity.
• Continued activity and responsibility to raise the standard and quality of bids to increase bid win ratio.
• Give support and assistance to other bid team members as required ensuring bid management.
• Provides an effective and value adding function throughout the business.
• Analyzes customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) within area of specialization and other writing assignments, and guides proposal content accordingly.
• Review the design & costing of individual designers and will forward the final design, costing, technical and commercial proposal to the Sales Team.
• Monitor the performance of the design team and will submit weekly activity reports to the ESS Director.
• Arrange with the design team and the operations team to conduct a monthly technical session for the sales team to educate them on the latest product/system technologies.
• Conduct professional demos and presentations for Clients.
• Investigating new technologies and third party components and staying on top of technology to innovate new products and services.
• Review the activities of the design team in the Sales Force.
• Submission of the consolidated weekly activity reports to the ESS Director on every Thursday.
• Perform additional assignments per the direct manager’s direction.
المهارات
- Should have good verbal & written communication in English; Communication skill in Arabic in added advantage.
- Good technical knowledge in Low current systems like CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting System.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentations skills.
- Professional presentation skills; self-starter; cooperative attitude; team player with good leadership abilities.
- Highly result orientated with a strong drive to deliver/succeed
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Good Computer Knowledge
- Should be fast learner and dedicated.
