الوصف الوظيفي Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information by Utilizing company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form. Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders is always up to date Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products Work with other departments (Operations, CS, finance & Quality) within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materia. Respond to complaints/concerns from customers and give after-sales support when Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Ensure adherence to laws and policies المهارات Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; Excellent computer skills (MS Office) Proficiency in English Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication BSc/BA in business administration or marketing or relevant field. تفاصيل الوظيفة |
