We are looking for an experienced General Manager OR COO; somebody who can lead, inspire and develop a team of managers.
Our Client is a UAE LLC; a part of a UK based parent company. They own and operate a number of Theme Parks, FEC’s and F+B outlets.
They are looking to bring an entirely new concept in family entertainment into the KSA region; this will be the Mobile theme park in the world. The plan is for this “winter wonderland” themed park to move every quarter to a new venue, spend 3 months there, and then move again.
It is an exciting and audacious project, backed at the highest level. To help them to achieve this highly complex 5 yr project - they are looking to attract a suitably experienced candidate as their GM / COO.

You must have worked within the Theme park industry. If you haven’t been involved in the management of large scale, high footfall, theme parks, rides, amusements / FEC’s or similar - then you are not going to be suitable for this role. However, If you have worked for the likes of Disney, Merlin, IMG, Universal and have managed a theme park, fairground or waterworld; then you have the sort of background that will be of interest.
You will be leading a management team who in turn will manage - HSE, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, Finance and Admin.
You will be responsible for delivering this project, providing a safe, secure and fun environment for customers.
