Sales Management
1. Plan, organize and distribute duties and responsibilities among all employees in the showroom on a daily basis
2. Give feedback on shop sales performance and suggestions to improve sales to supervisor
3. Submit daily sales reports including sold, returned and damaged products
4. Give feedback on stock excess and /or shortages and propose solutions where needed
People Management
1. Prepare the team time schedule according to the business needs
2. Motivate sales team to drive performance
3. Communicate Monthly Targets to the staff and ensure their effort towards achievement
4. Instruct and train the Assistant Manager
5. Coach and supervise and evaluate all employees (assistant manager/salesmen/cashiers)
6. Give input to Retail Supervisor for employees end-of-year appraisal
7. Plan and conduct on-job training for salesmen
8. To insure proper team behavior in terms of showrooms discipline and process and propose actions to SV’s as needed
9. Highlight peak times extra resources ahead of times to allow planning and allocation of needed resources
10. Revert on salesmen performance against agreed KPIs
11. Insure clear understanding of the incentive schemes
Store Operations
1. Open and close the store
2. Implement and monitor the application of company’s policies and procedures
3. Receive all products from the warehouse and organize them in the showroom as per company’s policies
4. Ensure the validity of all products in the showroom including returned and damaged items
5. Ensure the cash register is working properly and monitor sales transactions to ensure efficiency
6. Ensure stock integrity and implement Loss Prevention procedures
Store Merchandising
1. Ensure the merchandise is properly displayed according to Visual Merchandising guidelines
2. Ensure store cleanness / tidiness
3. Report to the Retail Supervisor any maintenance need
4. Evaluate training and development needs and propose training calendar and resources
Customer Service
1. Act as role model for the staff regarding the perfect customer service in line with company standards
2. Greet, assist customers and sell goods
3. Handle customers’ complaints
المهارات
Minimum Requirements
Diploma or High school from accredited school Sales Experience
Minimum Experience and Knowledge
1. People management skills
2. Decent operational capabilities with attention to details
3. Familiarity with Retail basics. e.g. Sales tracking and reporting
4. Strong Communicator Follow-up behavior
Minimum Skills and Abilities
1. Writing and reading Arabic and relative English
2. Basic MSFT office knowledge
3. Project management skills
4. Strong interpersonal and team management skills
5. Team player
6. Flexible to change working hours and attend to problems as needed
Mid English langue
