- Minimum Six years of JEE and IBM WebSphere Portal development experience with a strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the portlet and web application development field specially with IBM WebSphere technology stack.
- Strong in core Java and OOPs concepts.
- Strong experience in JSF v2.x is preferred. (JSF Portlet development is a plus, or may be any other framework like Spring or Struts)
- Strong experience in JavaScript and JQuery scripting APIs. (Knowledge of AngularJS and Node.js will be plus)
- Strong experience in writing DB2 SQL queries. (knowledge of Stored Procedures writing and consuming will be plus )
- Strong in Database designing of ERD with normalization concepts.
- Experience in JPA or Hibernate is preferred.
- Must strong in JSR 168 and JSR 286 portlet development.
- Strong in WebSphere Portal SPI API , PUMA API.
- Concepts of AJAX based portlet.
- Strong in Servlet and JSP and MVC framework.
- Strong in Portlet Life Cycle understading.
- Experience in SOAP and REST webservices development. Also in client jar generation (consuming of webservice from portlet) and Apache AXIS API.
- Experience in IBM WebSphere Portal 8.5 and above development is highly preferred.
- Experience in IBM WebSphere Portal 8.5 and above theme development is highly preferred.
- Knowledge in IBM WCM is highly preferred.
- Knowledge in WebSphere Portal and WebSphere Application Server 8.5 and above Administration is preferred.
- Good Under Standing of DynaCache, Datasources, ServeResources, Portlet Session , Portlet Preference, Portlet Context, Portal Pages, XML Access , Access Rights in Portal
