الوصف الوظيفي
• Planning, organizing, directing and executing optimum day-to-day productions effectively.
• Increasing production outputs, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Monitor the plants running situations and discuss with team, to resolve the operational discrepancies, if any.
• Ensure that the products planned for any specific time, should be produced & be available for dispatches.
المهارات
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology or equivalent.
• 5 – 10 years of food industry/technology related experience with at least 5-6 years in a managerial role in FMCG, experienced in Food Industry/Sugar Confectionery will be preferred.
• Leadership - Self-motivated – Active – Honest – committed - Creativity Team Work ability.
• Excellent English communications.
• Computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP/SAP Reports).
• Food industry technical Knowledge (QMS – FSMS –Product developments – Sensory Program ).
• Knowledge of the financial and analytical skills.
