We are seeking a talented and ambitious Project Manager to join our clients rapidly expanding team.
Our Riyadh based client is focused on helping to address the current issues affecting the Grocery retail industry by developing strategies that can help companies align to Vision 2030 and in turn help them to achieve their goals of sustainable development and prosperity.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects. Managing projects and change initiatives in the retail industry is a rewarding opportunity which can have a positive impact on the Grocery businesses across the Kingdom by investing in their employee’s education and training, creating suitable job opportunities, Equal Opportunities and attracting and retaining talent.
• Assisting the retail sector in how they execute and implement these new initiatives
• Identify the potential business risks and deliver the solutions that will address the business needs of the client.
• Critical to the success is the partnership you will create with the retail sector and the ability to work with and influence cross-functional partners is critical as this role will interact with various departments across the retail organization.
• Implement marketing strategies essential for growth & development
• Proactively build effective working relationships with Grocery retailers.
• Leverage strong Project Management discipline to establish planning principles, critical dates, and deliverable expectations.
• Work closely with the Retail Decision and stakeholders to assist with the development and execution of Vision 2030.
• Help to drive decision-making that will lead to program enhancements and process improvements.
• Deliver top-notch execution to ensure that Vision 2030 is executed effectively.
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
• Grocery retail background
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
• A proven track record of results for the business you manage and the ability to analyze results on the projects you lead is essential.
• Result oriented
• Analytical thinker
• You must bring solution-based thinking, analytical rigor and a high level of drive to this position.
• Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to marry customer research with performance metrics.
• High degree of organization and the ability to multitask.
• Detail oriented
• Excel and PowerPoint.
