الوصف الوظيفي
• Provide solution (technical / functional) support to the Sales/Presales Team to win against the competition and help Sales Team achieve quarterly/annual license targets.
• Conduct client discovery meetings, map out solution roadmaps, respond to RFI and RFPs, lead “Proof of Concepts”, present and effectively demonstrate Business solutions and value propositions to customers.
• Understand the dependencies of other complementary 3rd Party software components to develop complete solutions for customers.
• Work jointly with the Sales Team to develop account/opportunity strategies and activities to drive pipeline creation and maturation.
• Provide a strategic influence on key opportunities by acting as a trusted advisor to customers, educating them on how to leverage Business solutions to improve business management and drive performance.
• Be able to drive and lead presales activities to build large deals.
• Drive and support leads generation initiatives.
• Work with Partner Development on partners’ enablement & partner promotion initiatives.
المهارات
• Master/Bachelor degree in IT or Software related subjects.
• Certification in major software products and preferably including ITIL and TOGAF.
• Experience and excellent Knowledge in Major HIS, Manufacturing, Education, Retail and Public services products or solutions.
• Achievement and awards will be added value.
• A minimum of 5 or more years working experience with similar position in business solutions at large organization.
• Knowledge of business solution products across different industries and service providers.
• Have relevant business knowledge to market, sell, communicate and influence buying decisions at various levels of the client organization (managing consulting experience is a plus).
• Have good understanding of key players in Business solution domain market and competitive differentiations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral in ARABIC/English.
• Ability to communicate at all levels, influence decision makers and develop executive relationships.
• Excellent customer service skills, flexibility, confidentiality and professionalism.
