الوصف الوظيفي Develops planning and design criteria for scope documents, and using acquired knowledge and skills, develops the scope of planning activities and support required for projects. Determines the assumptions, methods and procedures to be used in urban planning, and consults with the Project Manager when necessary. Prepares original conceptual, preliminary and final urban development plans and site layouts and supporting documents, maps and plans for development projects and master plans. Works in conjunction with other discipline groups in the preparation of master plans. Undertakes detailed planning and design efforts, and monitors project progress to ensure conformance to budget and work plans. Undertakes the preparation of reports and other presentation material related to planning studies and projects, and participates in presentation when necessary. Assists in the coordination of the activities other project groups or functional disciplines and outside consultant to ensure proper integration of phases of work and to determine special requirements. المهارات A degree in Architectural Engineering or related from a recognized university with 1 years post-graduate professional experience.
