1. Resource should have an extensive experience in BPM stack offered by Software AG. Exposure to BPM concepts with
other tools are always as advantage. It’s imperative to have a detailed understanding of BPMN concepts and methodology.
2. Should have a firm hold of the Integration layer components of Software AG such as Integration Server, My web Method Server, Universal Messaging.
a. Drilling further into the details, the below points to be covered.
b. JDBC, JMS, Flat File, Task, Basics of CAF, RDBMS, Process Designing, Optimize for process (BAM),
monitoring services, REST services, error handling, advanced java services,
API interaction with Universal Messaging, ESB performance – caching and enhanced XML parsing - Terracotta.
3. Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members of the team to help them scale faster.
4. Good knowledge of design patterns and recommends proper usage of patterns. Guides (and helps others) in creating and reusing components.
5. Should be good in deployment guidelines and can support team during deployment phase.
6. Good understanding of web Methods Business Rule, which includes the recommendation of placing the rule in the right places and exposing them as API. (Desired but not necessary)
7. Analytics of the process model, implementing KPI’s as needed. (Desired but not necessary)
8. Mash Zone NG and ARIS knowledge is an advantage.
