1. Take overall responsibility for BEO’s strategic objectives.
2. Identifying improvement opportunities in different areas of the business and defining them on a charter.
3. Leading/mentoring/facilitating the chartered BE projects using appropriate tools & Methodologies, to their successful completion, on time.
4. Provide training for the company’s employees regarding project management and process improvements.
5. Lead/ Facilitate business critical activities/ projects to timely completion
6. Ensuring clear documentation of all the work/ projects/ activities as a report.
7. Select the project managers of projects in the program.
8. Identify and managing the stakeholders.
9. Monitor and track the progress of the program and project.
10. Make the final recommendation and evaluation on the external and internal consultants before BEO sponsor approval.
11. Support and guide the project managers.
12. Approve the definition and planning of projects in the program.
13. Inform stakeholders about progress.
14. Deliver the program deliverables and benefits on time.
15. Manage the performance of everyone involved.
16. Work aggressively with all the Functional heads to close all the gaps/ issues within their functions.
17. Identify major cases and opportunities for the company to improve operations and processes.
18. Coordinate and meet with functional managers to determine and analyse issues and risks regarding their procedures.
19. Provide consultation where possible to enhance the quality of work by receiving functional manager needs and issues.
20. Transfer all internal issues into cases (quick wins) or projects to be managed separately.
21. Examine all cases and projects regarding the ability to control them by internal resources or external consultants.
22. Develop and maintain an effective IMS (integrated management system) including training, writing and evaluating SOPs.
23. Assist in establish KPIs for functional managers to ensure commitment to operational goals.
24. Any other duties assigned by the direct manager.
المهارات
1. Bachelor’s degree is required, in Business, Technology or Engineering with 15+ years of experience out of which 5+ as BEO Manager.
2. MBA degree is a must.
3. Proven Change Management skills is a must.
4. PMP or Prince 2 certified.
5. Prior Project Management experience is must.
6. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, negotiating and Problem-solving/decision-making skills is required.
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Toolset including (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
8. Strong organizational skills, time management skills.
9. Prior experience effectively working through periods of change, ambiguity and complexity is required.
10. Languages: Arabic and English.
