الوصف الوظيفي Progressive responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation. Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements, and carry standard analysis reports. Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure. Banking management of facilities exposure.
Lead development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts and month-end reporting of actual results for the Construction Business Unit, including variance analysis to forecast and budget. Establish a more comprehensive forecasting and budgeting process by collaborating with Construction Business Unit leaders and Commercial Managers and standardizing monthly financial reviews Provide business/financial analysis and decision support that allows management to evaluate alternatives, make fact-based decisions, and evaluate the consequences of decisions. Drive efficiencies in all FP&A;key processes and forecast accuracy improvement. Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions. Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants. Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making. Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports. Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company. Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. المهارات Minimum fifteen (15) years of direct financial role experience. Leadership skills and experience in construction environment (i.e: buildings, infrastructure, roads, sanitation and sewage networks, ... etc.). Excellent command in English language is MUST. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Understanding of ERP. Solid experience with both IFRS and local accounting standards.
