الوصف الوظيفي Coordination with concerned services business units for the Kingdom wide implementation of installation & renovation projects in accordance with the customer requirements. Coordination with the concerned services business units for the production and delivery of required materials on site as per the project schedule. Manage the installation and renovation projects to meet customer requirements, budget, time constraints and maximizing profits. Ensure the successful execution of projects and compliance with the customer requirements and delivered as per the requirements in the contract. Identifying and selecting 3rd party contractors and evaluating their performance.
Proficiency in drawing and planning software, MS Office and ERP software (e.g. SAP-CRM), proficiency in English language, market knowledge, customer service oriented, management, communication and negotiation skills, time management and planning skills. Knowledge in contracts, project management, cost engineering and innovation management. Knowledge in bid preparation and tendering.
