The quantity surveyor estimate and report project quantities & resources from tender’s documents and coordinate with Estimators to estimate project cost.
1. Review and understand scope of projects under bidding 2. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client3. Complete quantities of each item/ recheck all the quantities of the BOQ4. providing advice and forecasts about costs5. Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors

1. Calculates man hour consumed for activities2. Estimates time/cost requirements for tasks3. Compiles reports to management4. Discuss costing issues with Estimators
5.2-5 Years Site Experience6. Computer skills (Office)7. CAD Knowledge8. Good Command of English • Professional Certificate in QS9. Communication skills10. Knowledge of Construction Methods11. Advanced CAD skills
