- Handling Treasury with cash collection & cash payments
- Keeping the record of all cash and receipt vouchers
- Receiving T.O`s from misc warehouses duly signed by warehouse responsible persons
- Checking approved sales prices against each sales orders & T.Os.
- Generating system Sales invoices and keeping in files
- Adjusting price difference with the issuance of Debit & Credit Note.
- Issuing debit and credit note against Spare parts warrantee claims
- Receiving Returned PO from H.O. and issuing negative sales orders.
- Issuing Sales orders for scrap items and invoicing as per approved price.
- Releasing sales orders after making sure that balance of the scrap customer is enough for loading materials.
- Issuing sales orders for General customers of our factory after collecting the payment & entering in the system.
- Bringing customers to show them the non moving items for sales
- Receiving Packing slip, purchase orders & Suppliers` original invoices.
- Making a complete set of each packing slip including Pos, Original invoice to
enter in the system for print the invoice and sending to Supervisor for releasing
the payment.
- Receiving all type of journals from various departments for the signature of D.G. and sending to Finance Department.
