الوصف الوظيفي
1. To address client’s civil work requirements and address them in effective and efficient way.
2. To maintain good business relations with the contractor. Be polite, courteous and helpful at all times.
3. To effectively coordinate with all operation and support functions of Almashrik to discharge site work requirements and to manage client expectations.
4. To effective control of site workers to optimize output.
5. Keep a log of maintenance performed.
6. To make sure timely maintenance of Electrical including bulbs / ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required.
7. To coordinate contractors / sub-contractor as necessary.
8. To carry out landscape work as required.
9. Touch up painting and dry-wall patching as needed
10. Responsible for trouble shooting and problem solving.
11. Effective movement of equipment, tools or supplies between properties as required.
12. Possess a “can do” attitude.
13. Adhere to established health and safety guidelines. Report any breach to respective departmental head to ensure safety of self and other.
14. To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
المهارات
Educational Qualification
• Civil Engineering Degree
Experience
• Minimum 5 Year managerial experience.
Other Qualifications
Language:
• Arabic (Fluency level)
• English (Fluency Level)
Skills:
• Well conversant with project cost management and project budgeting.
• Strong leadership skills
• Communication skills (Listening and speaking)
• Flexible with proven ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors / trades at the same time
• High attention to detail.
