Responsibilities.
• Coordinators and department directors, sections managers and project managers relating to the administration of contracts
• Handle issues with legal department, supply management department, finance department.
• Reviews labor accommodation documents to be attached with monthly invoices
• Review contractors cost if reimbursable procurement packages.
• Prepares and maintains records of activity and status of contracts to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Reviews and assists in resolving and processing claims, back chargers and invoices
• Assist in answering and Responses to client inquiries and helps in imposing the contract terms related to penalty assessment and contract interpretation and disputes.
• Oversees the incoming new contracts and projects
• Develops a comprehensive training program for sections managers, project managers, and other contract personnel.
• Knowledge in asset management and operations and maintenance performance contracts
• Interaction meetings with contractors and department heads.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 10 years of experience in contracts Administration, negotiations, and legal affairs.
Must be having GCC experience on mega projects.
Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
