Experience in the Engineering field- design, installation, operation, maintenance and integration with other systems of Fire Alarm, BMS, PA System, MATV; Knowledge in Facility Management Systems operations & Engineering best practices;
Should have good knowledge on networks, protocols, configuration, installation and integration CCTV, SACS, Car Park & X-Ray System;
Knowledge of IP and analogue CCTV Systems;
Knowledgeable with the use of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook);
Good communications skills in English
Skills
Acting as the main technical adviser on site for subcontractors and operatives;
Setting out and surveying the site;
Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials;
Managing, Monitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client;
Liaising with any consultants, sub-contractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site;
Preparing reports as required;
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
المهارات
Qualification
Bachelor’s if engineering in electrical with 10 years experience in High rise buildings and towers.
