We are looking for a highly motivated individual to manage our online sales channels through Noon.com, Souq.com, Wadi.com, and Jolly chic among others.
Your job is to coordinate with account managers in these platforms to ensure our products are listed, properly. You will also be responsible for listing new products, managing inventory and managing inventory across all channels.
English is the primary form of communication, Arabic is also required at a conversational level
Responsibilities:
Suggest products to purchase through our China Office
Suggest products purchase locally through our vendors
Follow up on requested products and decide quantity to be purchased
Take photos of locally purchased products, organize, and prepare them for listing
Send photos to be edited by professional freelancer
Communicate and delegate design work to online freelancers
Follow-up on the platform (noon, souq) campaigns
Create deals, promotions and managing inventory across channels
Create Instagram, Facebook, twitter campaigns
Sales growth is your number one objective
Education and Training At least having good training in graphics design and brand
implementation.
Confident, determined, proactive, and a self-starter.
Know-how in English and Arabic is a must.
Other Requirements Can work under pressure with minimum supervision Key Performance Indicators Monthly Status Report of Various Branding-related initiatives and activities Updated website social media accounts Availability of datasheets for all products Availability of corporate presentation Successful events such as the promotion of core values and corporate identity
المهارات
Experience in:
Excel - Advanced Level.
Photoshop.
Illustrator.
At least 2 years experience in branding and social media management Skills and Attributes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge in SAP Business One is a plus.
