Manage SharePoint hosted services including the global configuration for SharePoint Services, upgrades to the SharePoint Platform, management of storage space, user access, requesting additional storage as required and working with the internal and external partners to provide support or maintenance as required.

Design and develop advanced/customized team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows based on requirements gathered from key stakeholders.

Provide subject matter expertise regarding the SharePoint Platform; providing consultation for proof of concept evaluations, projects and enhancements or new applications/functionality being implemented.

Design and enforce governance and best practices in a Corporate Governance Standards document detailing proper design (i.e. security, compliance, audit standards, etc.), project documentation, coding and testing standards, and approval processes.
Participate in projects that leverage the SharePoint Platform such as team sites, executing migration of personal or network data to SharePoint online and OneDrive and the implementation of additional collaboration tools.

Manage, configure and perform bug fix and/or enhancements to SharePoint sites

المهارات

Successful history as a hands-on technical lead for SharePoint projects in a complex and fast-paced environment.

SharePoint Online/365 experience, including workflow creation, metadata tagging, out of box SharePoint site creation, administration, and design using SharePoint Designer and third-party tools

Experience with Office 365 suite, including Office online
