Job Description • Should have managed customer’s onsite for at least 3 years. • P&L;, Account / Relationship Management / Consulting. • Responsibilities include growing the accounts with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. Successful track record of growing revenues in existing accounts. • Knowledge of working with clients in TECH and Telecom domain is key. • Knowledge of working on bidding for and managing IMS/AMS/BPO deals is preferred. • Have a strong track record of successfully selling solutions based services to the respective client’s business units. • Should be able to leverage prior experience to bring in delivery, process & relevant domain knowledge • Develop/maintain client contacts and actively network with potential client executives • Ensure quality control in engagement delivery • You will be required to work in cross-functional teams which may include Delivery Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives. • You must be able to establish and build “trust” and leverage client context by understanding client’s overall business goals. • Identify new opportunities that showcase company capabilities and hold strong promise for downstream IT work by working with industry/domain heads • Solid understanding of company’s delivery & execution methodologies.
