الوصف الوظيفي Primary Purpose of the Job: Allocation of daily jobs to teams and monitoring the completion. Handling of interdepartmental issues (Sales/ Fleet Department), should any arise during his shift. Ensures the effective completion of tasks and timely submittal of daily operation reporting and regular reports. Counsels, guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement. Ensures Warehousing & Distribution SOPs and Instructions received from time to time are Complied Principal Accountabilities: Ensures operations are conducted as per the Standard Operation Procedure SOP’s. Promotes safety and ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHEs. Ensures effective and optimum utilization of MHEs. Carries out random checks during Goods-In and Goods-out. Develop and supervise the in-house inventory control team Conduct inventory of the stock on regular basis, Reviews and checks the inventory reports of his branch regularly to maintain Stock Accuracy level at 99.99 % Any discrepancies arises should report to the Warehouse/ Regional warehouse Manager Coordinates and supports the Warehouse Manager in administrative tasks related to his shift. Ensures Implementation of recommendations received from senior management Responsible for the Upkeep and Safety of the Storage Systems Installed/used in the Warehouse Manages investigates and reviews accidents/incidents. Communicates to Warehouse Manager/ Regional operation Manager Ensure Execution of recommendations forwarded by the senior management.
Resource allocation and optimal utilization Ensures that no Expires Stock is delivered to the Customer Ensure care of supplies in storage (COSIS) has been maintained for the stock Ensure compliance of all Warehouse SOPs Accuracy in the documentation of warehouse operations Upkeep and Quality Maintenance of MHEs Meeting the Internal and External Customer Expectations Authority Level: In consultation with the Warehouse Manager the positions decision making authority will include; Warehousing and storage operations and methods. Transportation methods. Retail and Customer Service operations. Plan staff overtime for Loading/ unloading Supervises: Team Leader Warehouse Man Warehouse Admin MHE Operators Labor Liaises with: Fleet Department Sales Department Purchase/ Claim Department Job Requirements: The job of Supervisor is to ensure customer satisfaction, asset management, team building, staff motivation and development while adhering to the guidelines on Safety, Health, Sanitation, and Security & Environmental Integrity at their Warehouse premises. The entire assigned task should be performed in accordance with the company’s SOP’s.
