Job Description
Defining and agreeing project objectives.
Representing the client’s/stakeholders interest and expectations.
Identifies the project resources the team and assigns responsibilities.
Develop the project documentation
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Ensures that all of the project documents are professionally completed.
Update and enhance the organizational process assets.
Creates/Updates the Historical projects records in order to provide a lessons learned database that will be used for enhancing the risks, Quality and time management for the future project
