Develop and implement short term / long term HR business plan aligned with corporate strategy.
Periodically conduct manpower analysis to optimize workforce.
Write and deliver presentations to board of directors on human resources objectives and achievements.
Improve candidate’s screening and selection process to ensure 100% fit for job.
Take a leadership role in developing a culture and methodology that enables employees to high perform.
Effectively plan, design develop and evaluate human resource advance functions.
Lead performance management and talent assessment.
Ensuring all legal compliances 100/ with Ministry of Labor and other governing authorities.
Advising department managers on HR issues related to Government regulations discipline and employee grievances.
Planning and overseeing all departments manpower budget.

Strong & effective writing skills & business presentations skills.
Expert in employment law and employee relations / communication
Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategicadvice.
Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
7-10 years of progressively more responsible positions in human resource,preferable in manufacturing industry.
