Our client is based in Riyadh (KSA), is a public shareholding company listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange is one of the Middle East’s leading real estate developers. The projects are built and maintained according to the highest international standards – designed for a modern lifestyle and delivered on time. The projects range from residential, urban communities, shopping centers and iconic property assets across Saudi Arabia / UAE.

The company is now looking for Development Director to be based in Riyadh (KSA)

Job Responsibilities:

Should have working experience in multibillion projects in Saudi Arabia / UAE, must be with civil engineering background. Should also have experience in International Residential projects. Urban Development , Land positioning, Master Planing.

Candidate Profile :

Experience : more than 15 years , last 5 years working at a Sr level position

Qualifications : Civil / Architecture /Engineering . Masters would be added advantage

Current location of the candidate : Saudi Arabia
Gender : Male
