Company Overview:
A new company looking to invest in Dry Cleaning business, by establishing and opening several branches in Saudi Arabia using modern and sophisticated equipment with a strong system to provide special Service in the Saudi market.
MAIN JOB PURPOSE:
Develop the current branch and make it a starting point to open other branches that follow the same tools and systems.
Job description/Role:
• Develop the work by selecting the right equipment and cleaning materials in the current branch or any future branches.
• Supervises all Laundry Services across the site.
• Assists in quality control and implementation of the Quality Management System.
• Assists in schedules and monitors operations at the site as it relates to accountability and availability of resources.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned to meet site goals and objectives.
• Provides productive operation resulting in professionally cleaned and pressed clothes by supervising workers.
• Assists in the production and output of clothes being processed through the laundry department during peak times.
• Ensures maximum production by enforcing laundry rules and regulations such as breaks and working safely.
• Strives to reduce accidents in the department and remove of all hazardous substances from the site.
• Train workers in the proper operation of laundry equipment (training in the job).
• Ensures washers are being supplied with chemicals and there is proper stock of supplies in the laundry
• Understands basics and maintenance of laundry equipment.
• Writes maintenance reports in regard to replacement or repair of machine parts.
• Ensure all maintenance issues in the site are promptly reported.
• Ensure equipment is used properly.• Establishing and Adhering to applicable Trust Standard Operating Procedures, to name but a few (invoices, numbering clothes, and make sure that the laundry goes through all the correct procedures) financially and operationally.

Key Requirements:
• 4 years’ experience in the same field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Must have strong team orientation.
• Self-motivated.• Soft skills — Team worker, Multi-tasking, Creative, Ability to analyze data and provide logical conclusions, document in the form of research report, present work in the relevant forums to team members/scientific audience. In addition, the candidate should be able to generate and develop creative ideas.
