Our client is a leading government entity looking for a Data Scientist / Architect Who managing and responsible for providing expertise on analytical methods by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. The job role will be directly reports to the Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager.
Use data mining and predictive analysis to develop insights and recommendations regarding current and future entity and sector performance.
Develop and establish automated processes for data models, model validation, model implementation and complex data analysis.
Analyze performance reports (KPI dashboards and initiative reporting) in relation to performance trends and identify future opportunities and threats to achieving targets based on trend analysis.
Utilize unstructured and structured data as part of performance and trend analysis to provide business intelligence to central government agencies related to forecasting and scenario modelling.
Prepare reports to stakeholders on findings and present complex information in digestible formats.
المهارات
Masters degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Statistics or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in a relevant position performing data science and analytics activities.
Must have extensive experience in hypothesis testing, Bayesian inference, reinforcement learning, time series modelling.
Must have hands on experience in BW & ETL Processes.
Must have demonstrated experience in conducting advanced statistical analysis.
Must have ability to organize and integrate data, ideas and/or concepts to solve problems
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading and writing).
