ROLES:
• Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities and gaps for digital products or projects.
• Assist in developing content strategy aligned with short-term and long term marketing plans.
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate the developed content.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
• Research industry-related topics, interview stakeholders to incorporate their inputs in the developed content pieces.
• Create and publish engaging and compelling copy to describe products and online services.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Write blog posts and marketing copy to promote our products and services.
• Identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
• Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.
• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.• Create and maintain the information architecture and to assist in directing the overall UX through content.
المهارات
• BS/MS degree in Literature, Journalism, Social Science or relevant field.
• 5+ years on Content Creation, Copywriter or similar role.
• Expert knowledge in develop and editing content for both Arabic and English language.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Content Management Systems.
• Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.
• An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and writing skills in English.• Basic technical knowledge of HTML, and web publishing.
