1. Provide proper gaudiness to reporting staff to ensure high level of engagement and success.
2. Maintains availability for development of all operational personal.
3. Maintain, support, reinforce and align Corporate Strategies and decisions with Chili’s culture.
4. Support Operations Manager to ensure Restaurants are delivering perfect and exceptional customer experience
5. Develops managers and manage performance standards.
6. Implements Strategic Initiatives: Understands, defines, and delivers the purpose, requirements, and desired results of all Brand programs. Leads his respective Operational Area in the execution of these programs. Directly accountable to, brand strategies & supports Restaurant Marketing, Training / Talent development and Recruiting Functions.
7. Uses area support personnel to identify and mitigate any needs or gaps in current business practices. Lead support personnel in the planning, development, and implementation of operational improvement practices.
8. Develops and Manages Business Planning Processes: Implement, and manage a business plan for Restaurants; analyzes external and internal environments to detect where improvements may be made and how those changes should be implemented
9. Financial Accountability: Maintains full responsibility for financial performance directly impacting area restaurant operations. Oversees the financial performance of his team of RGMs; performs financial analysis of individual restaurants and the district; makes recommendations for improvements.
10. Accountable to all operational aspects of the area restaurants, management and performance.
11. Financial Analysis: Analyzes business trends and financial data to assess and improve area performance, both operationally and financially.
12. Recruit and hire new staff as planned, budgeted and required.
13. Maintain high standards of quality control, health and safety.
14. Work relatively with the Operation Manager on financial budgeting, P&L;, NSF, GSS, REF and the total operational framework as well as the preparation of the cohesive marketing plan and in store promotions (vision, Ideas .. etc).
15. Prepares small wares order, food orders in conjunction with CPU thus regularly monitors the flow of food, stock level and restaurants assets.
