Job Description • Assist HR in the development of the L&D;strategy • Manage the talent development strategy , identify high potential personnel for development , and develop the management and leadership succession plan • Manage and review the employee evaluation process,templates ,and online assessment tools • Develop the competency framework for all job families in coordination with line managers • Manage employees annual performance evaluation process and ensure effective and prompt feedback is provided to all employees • Monitor the use of performance management ratings,feedback ,and action plans for improvement of employees performance levels • Manage the administration of personal career development plans for individuals in order to structure their development in- line with identified learning needs and the L&D;strategy • Manage the development and establishment of competency-based training systems and programs in-tine with the overall strategy to develop skills • Ensure the cascading of objective settings by managers and ensure the alignment with required competencies • Manage the identification of training needs in coordination with line managers in respective departments and the identification of skill needs and gaps and initiating action to remedy these gaps •Manage the delivery of in-house career development and raising programs • Monitor and report training effectiveness across the organization • Establish partnerships with graduate programs, and competitive vendors and learning bodies, and perform negotiation of agreements • Manage internship and scholarship programs . . . • Manage and review all contracts between the company and universities or training companies Education • Bachelors degree in business administration or equivalent is required • HR-related certificates (e.g., PHR, SPHR, etc.) Experience • 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Human Resources management position within a leading regional organization • Experience in real estate or related industry is preferred Key Skills: - Human Resource Planning - HR Management - Training - Communication - Management - Succession Planning - Strategic HR - Strategic Planning - Performance Management - Performance Appraisal Additional Requirements: Competencies • In-depth knowledge of human resources, L&D;, and performance management best practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong coordination and organization skills • Experience in developing training programs http://www.monstergulf.com/job-vacancy-learning-development-manager-cc-staffing-international-ltd-riyadh-7-10-years-21486351.html?sig=js-2—1&from;=𝔯=refine;loc=182;lmy=saudi,arabia;day=365;srt=pst;ref=http://jobsearch.monstergulf.com/search.html;show_omit=1;res_cnt=40&hlWords;= |
