The Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Handles testing & commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for Building Management Systems (BMS) based on project plans, specifications, and contract, documents, shop drawings.
2. Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
3. Be aware of all kinds of systems to be interfaced with BMS, and different types of protocols (BACnet/IP, Modbus, BACnet/MSTP, Knx…)
4. Have a good knowledge about HVAC equipments.
5. Carrying out measurements, surveys and other technical inspections
6. Have detailed technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building control systems
7. To prepare technical reports
8. Engaging with other members of the Company to help improve existing systems and procedures
9. Be creative and innovative
10. Have an ability to multi task
11. able to resolve issues in a timely manner
12. able to work in multifaceted working environments
13. To act safely at all times in compliance with the Company’s health and safety policy and procedures.
14. To ensure technical compliance and high-quality production of our deliverables
15. To accurately complete timesheets on a weekly basis
16. To pre-actively support other members of staff in undertaking their work
17. To attend meetings promptly, be prepared for meeting and to have previously carried out all actions. To ensure all meetings are effective and productive.
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in BMS test & commissioning.
