(1) (Foreman - Mechanical)
- High Education degree – 4 years/2 years.
- Experience not less than 04 years in HVAC systems
- To have good idea in Chilled water systems.
- Better if he works before in Saudi Arabia.
- Good in English & computer systems, programs.

(2) (Foreman / Electricians – Electrical)
- High Education degree – 4 years / 2 years.
- Experience not less than 05 years in HVAC systems / Building power.
- To have a good idea in control systems.
- Better if he works before in Saudi Arabia.
- Good in English & computer systems, programs.

(3) (Welder)
- Experience not less than 08 years in HVAC systems
- To be certified.
- To have a good idea in water piping welding & fitting.
