(1) Project Manager .
• Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• Experience 12 - 25 years in HVAC systems.
• PMI Certified Is preferred.
• Working as a PM with projects more than 10,000 TR capacity.
• Detailed experience:
- Working in the installation of Chillers, pumps & Cooling towers, (District cooling experience).
- To have idea in the commissioning of HVAC works.
- To have idea for paper works (documentation).
- To have a little experience in control & electrical works.
- To have the experience in working under pressure & in running sites w/o disturbing any system.
- Excellent in English and computer systems, programs (Especially Primavera).

(2) Mechanical Engineer .
- Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Experience not less than 5 years in HVAC systems.
- Design Works for HVAC systems.
- Cost estimation.
- To have good Experience in Chilled water system.
- Good in English & computer systems, programs.

(3) Electrical Engineer .
- Electrical Engineering Degree.
- Experience not less than 5 years in HVAC systems/ Building power.
- Design Works for HVAC systems power loads.
- Cost estimation.
- To have good knowledge in control systems (BMS).
- Good in English & computer systems, programs [CAD or Revit].
