Qualifications & Experience:
-BS in Civil Engineering , with minimum 15 years of construction experience ( inclusive of minimum 5 yrs experience in managerial position and 10 yrs working in the planning section )
-Should have strong personality , and leadership skills.
-Should have great knowledge in the field of construction management.
-Should be in depth knowledge in the application of Primavera P6 , MS Project and MS Excel.
-Good in English ( Written and Oral )

-Total of 20 yrs diverse experience , mainly in project control and project management.
-Having EPC background ,preferably on civil construction of roads , bridges , tunnel and buildings , including diverse construction experience such as in oil and gas plants
-computer skills in the applications of MS Excel , MS Power Point and MS Word with background knowledge on primavera , JDEwards or any other database software.
-Strong in cost control evaluation and cost control analysis.
-skills in cost control process preparation , measurement , monitoring and implementation.
-Good in English ( Written and Oral )

Job Responsibilities:
1) Reviews and verifies all financial transactions including petty cash transactions and evaluate accounting documentation.
2) Ensures reliability of financial reporting and compliance with laws and regulations.
3) Reports deficiencies of operations.
4) Safeguards assets deter and investigate fraud.
5) Prepares and presents reports that present audit results.
6) Conducts schedule and sudden audit to monitor financial department adherence to policies and procedures.
7) Helps in resolving financial claims issues.
8) Identifies monetary/operation risk and work to minimize the risk factor.
9) All Interactions with the external auditors.
10) Cross verifies the payroll transactions to enhance its accuracy.
