** Urgently Needed For a Major Construction Company in KSA

(( Legal Advisor ))

-- Experience: 10 - 15 Years

-- Preferred who worked in Saudi Arabia

-- Working experiences in Business Law, company’s regulations, corporate laws, legal studies, contracts.

** Tasks:

1- Develop, implement and update the Legal function standardized policies, processes, approaches and tools.

2- Provide support and advice on matters such as legal contract drafting and negotiation, contract compliance, contract awareness, requests to change management, contractor’s claims, contract execution and administration and legal implications of the company business transactions.

3- Provide guidance in reviewing major contracts and project agreements /contracts in collaboration with the Procurement & Contracts function and the external legal advisors.

4- Assist external law firms in handling any court cases against or on behalf of the company, as required

5- Establish relationships and coordinate with external legal advisors, if needed.

6- Monitors adherence of the company to the Legal function’s policies, processes and guidelines.

7- Monitor and communicate governmental laws and regulations affecting the company.

8- Coordinate with concerned departments to increase employees’ awareness of legal issues in the company by organizing and conducting seminars and workshops, as needed.

9- Drafting, reviewing and revising different kinds of contracts: MOU, Joint Ventures, Nondisclosure Agreement, contracts based on international forms of contracts such as FIDIC, Distribution contracts, Subcontract Agreement.

10- Review and improve company set of legal policies & procedures to ensure they meet business needs while complying with KSA regulations.
