Create business opportunities
Handle business leads
Conduct business meetings with clients
Negotiate business deals with clients
Demonstrated full knowledge of rates/terms of business solutions to win every opportunity and lead with the aim of achieving sales target.
Provided quality service to the customers by resolving their queries, educating them on business solutions and benefits.
Implement business sales plans
Achieve the allocates sales targets
Coordinate with related department to finalize the contract
Ensured that all contracts have been completed correctly and client requests are met as per company procedures.
Forecasted workload and traffic patterns to meet targets as well as any contingencies.
Escalating unresolved complaints/queries to senior management for speedy resolution.
Follow up pending contracts.
Report sales activities
Maintain business relationship with clients
Coordinate with clients for the daily schedule.
Contact potential clients
Schedule meeting with clients
Prepare and submit the daily reports
Prepare contracts
