Duties & Responsibilities:
Hardware
1. Assemble the PCs and upgrade the hardware configuration.
2. Check the Hardware issues and fix them.
3. Configure the (Network and local) Printers and Photo copiers.
4. Contact with the Maintenance Center to open tickets, sending and receiving Hardware from the maintenance center and follow up the status.
5. Replace the toners and cartridges for all printers’ types, faxes, photocopiers and plotters.
6. Configure the Wireless routers.
7. Manage the Hardware and the Ink inventory.
8. Execute the weekly preventive plan to check the availability of all Hardware.
Software
9. Install Operating System Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
10. Install Primavera, AutoCAD, 3DMax and the regular Software.
11. Take and restore the Image for the systems.
12. Introduce the support for software issues.
13. Configure the MS Outlook and manage multi PST files.
14. Help the Network engineer to Install and configure the Windows Server on the Servers.
15. Help the Network engineer to apply the required maintenance for the Servers.
16. Help the Network engineer to Install, configure and manage the Anti-Virus on server and push it to the Clients.
17. Configure the Client network settings and connect them with the active directory and solve the issues related with the client side.
Databases
18. Install the MS SQL Server and Oracle standalone and on Server.
19. Take a Backup of the SQL Server Database and Oracle and restore them.
