• Developing and executing sales plan to identify major clients, new opportunities, and grow business relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct daily contacts and on-site visits with customers, proposing and closing sales contracts.
• Develop account plans for key account
• Hiring, training, managing and directing new sales people
• Coordinating with the Call centre technical and operation departments while preparing any proposals and offers
• Follow up and support and clients problems solving through regular meetings.
• Ensure the client is getting the highest level of service that Contact Center can afford.
• Manage all clients’ relationships and ensure the meet up of their needs.
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail, telephone, and personal visits.
• Ensure the maximum speed of communication between Contact Center and clients.
• Make sure resources are updated and ready for use.
• Make sure agents are updated with the latest information.
• Make sure team leaders are continuously updating their team members.
• Met the assigned tasks by the Contact Center management.
• Prepare manuals for:
o Products
o Systems
o Processes
