System Analysis

Business Analyst. Facilitate, track, ,coordinate and communicate reactive and proactive support status and enhancement requests, between the user community and our technical staff. - Help Support teams in understanding the key business processes, business data and functional requirements Qualification : ¶ 1.Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (such as: UML) and software development methodologies (such as: OOP). 2.Strong knowledge of process flow and diagramming skills. 3.Strong communication skills-verbal, written, listening and presentation. 4.Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis. 5.BS or MS in Information Technology or related fields with 5+ years experience in system and /or business analysis. 6.Experience supporting ERP applications in a medium/ large company. 7.Understanding of the software development cycle and database facilities. 8.Experience of working with end users and customers. 9.Develop requirements definition, business procedure and functional specifications
