Development certified
o Better to have MCTS Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 –
Configuring certified
o Better to have MCTS Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 –
Application Development certified
o VS 2005/2008, SQL Server 2005/2008, Windows Server 2003/2008
o 2+ years of solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
o 2+ years of experience in application and database security, scalability
and performance
o 1+ year of developing SharePoint web parts and/or components
o Familiarity with modeling tools and the ability to read and construct
basic UML diagrams
